techno-plast Kampes GmbH – a plastic injection molding company in second generation.
Design
We see ourselves as your partner, from your idea to the production of the series product. We are happy to consult you in the development of your plastic product. We support you starting with the selection of the right materials up to the production of the injection molds.
Production
We manufacture series products with a weight of 2 grams to 450 grams. The injection molding machines used for this purpose have a clamping force in the range of 500 kN to 2000 kN.
Distribution
In addition to customized products, our production program includes our own products for land surveying (geodetic products), as well as packing (PERCOPAK) for gas scrubbers and biological wastewater treatment plants.
Our core competence is the serial production of plastic injection molding parts. We offer you the production of technically demanding molded parts in the highest quality. High and consistent quality and thus our joint success is guaranteed by our many years of know-how combined with modern machinery.
To meet your product requirements in the best possible way, our manufacturing spectrum ranges from standard thermoplastic materials such as PP, PA and POM to high-performance materials such as PEEK.
Of course, we will accompany you throughout the entire implementation of your project. At the beginning of this process stands the creation of high-quality molds. These are the basis for first-class series parts. We create your molds in long-term cooperation with our experienced toolmaking partner.
As part of our quality standards, we are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
